Since then, judges and commissioners representing 33 counties have declared an invasion or expressed support for Texas declaring one. The Republican Party of Texas has declared an invasion and the Texas Public Policy Foundation also expressed support for doing so.
And this, perhaps worst of all:

Bickerstaff is not a Constitutional scholar, but he believes as things stand now regarding illegals’ Constitutional rights, they enjoy partial rights and their children, if born here, have full rights, both entitled to due process. This must change and if the Republicans take both houses this election, they should start going about accomplishing it as quick as they can.
Nonetheless, most of the required changes may have to wait until 2025 to be effected as until then, our current president’s decision makers will order him to veto them. The goal then should be, beginning in 2025 and a new presidency, to strip illegal immigrants of all Constitutional rights, as well their descendents, so that law enforcement, whenever it encounters those here illegally may, with sufficient evidence of their trespass, swiftly whisk them back whence came, with the forfeiture of all their property, real and personal.
In other words, illegals should have to live with the constant fear (utterly lacking now) they may be picked up at at any moment, day or night, and be unceremoniously hauled back their homelands, penniless.
Drastic action such as the above would likely require a Constitutional amendment, which of course will take some time, though measures can be taken in the meanwhile to at least slow down the invasion. However, since the obvious ploy of Democrats letting illegals pour over our borders is to make voters out of them and establish, once and for all, a one-party state in this country, we must stop them.
Those of you old as the Taos Tatler, and even older, may or may not recognize the woman you see above, but well may remember her from half-a-century ago, under the moniker of Sacheen Littlefeather. She was Marlon Brando’s proxy at the 1973 Academy Awards. Brando, who had just won the Oscar for best performance in The Godfather, refused it and instead of doing so himself, for some reason had Ms Littlefeather, who claimed to be an Apache, refuse it for him.
It was a different world back then, long before “wokeness” and even political correctness, and many in the ceremony were not at all amused by Brando’s stunt and loudly booed Littlefeather. Brando himself was ridiculed for it and his reputation sullied, never really to be restored for the rest of his career. He died in 2004.
This past spring Sacheen Littlefeather died at the age of 75 and just recently her sister, Rosalind Cruz, revealed her as an out and out fraud, that her claims to be an Apache and her name being Sacheen Littlefeather were cut from whole cloth. It also seems she lied just about every other detail in her life. From Lifesite news:
“It is a fraud,” Littlefeather’s sister, Rosalind Cruz, told Keeler, for an opinion piece in The San Francisco Chronicler. “It’s disgusting to the heritage of the tribal people. And it’s just … insulting to my parents.”
Littlefeather’s other sister, Trudy Orlandi, also confirmed to Keeler that Littlefeather was making false claims when she said she was White Mountain Apache and Yaqui through her father.
“It’s a lie,” Orlandi said. “My father was who he was. His family came from Mexico. And my dad was born in Oxnard [California].”
Littlefeather’s sisters said that the activist thought identifying as Native American was more “prestigious” than acknowledging her Hispanic heritage.
“I mean, you’re not gonna be a Mexican American princess,” said Orlandi. “You’re gonna be an American Indian princess. It was more prestigious to be an American Indian than it was to be Hispanic in her mind.”

According to Keeler, both sisters also rejected claims made by Littlefeather throughout her life that she grew up in an abusive home with a violent, alcoholic father.
“My father’s father, George, he was the alcoholic,” Orlandi told Keeler. “My dad never drank. My dad never smoked. And you know, she also blasted him and said my father was mentally ill. My father was not mentally ill.”
These words below from the sister of Littlefeather [sic], your Tatler hopes will be required reading by all persons claiming to be “woke” when being deprogrammed.
‘Indigenous identity is more complicated than that,’ she wrote. ‘A U.S. citizen of distant French descent does not get to claim French citizenship. And it would be absurd for that person to wear a beret on stage at the Oscars and speak on behalf of the nation of France. The White Mountain Apache is a very specific tribe with very specific rules of membership.’
‘Falsely claiming its heritage, using it to become a spokesperson and relying on dangerous tropes about an abusive Indian father to bolster that fable did real damage,’ she added.
There are increasingly hopeful signs “woke” and PC are on the ropes, that a majority of Americans have become fed up with small minority of white upper-middle class college graduates, indoctrinated by their Marxist professors to feel guilty about their privilege. They have been attacking and infiltrating every single institution in this county, ruining them. We will know much more of course after the elections whether or not this revolt not only is genuine, but has legs as well. It is long overdue. As blogger Sasha Stone put its so succinctly,

Should that be the case, Deo volente, this writer is hopeful we may see fewer people lying about who and what they are by assuming racial identities different from their own (almost always white), people like Sacheen Littlefeather, Rachel Dolez, Elizabeth Warren and a slew of others. To a number they do these things because there is gain, financial, social or political and often all three. One blessed day, this country may once again heed Thomas Jefferson’s words in the Declaration of Independence: We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. Should that glorious day ever arrive, there will be no basis at all for fraudulent behavior the likes of those mentioned above engaged in.

“Wounds” of pious observant Catholics of the Church’s eldest daughter, who insist on the celebration of the Latin mass despite condemnation, ridicule and severe restrictions coming from the Pontiff himself?
